In memory of the atomic bombings in Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

The first image reflects about what the generation of the war had to go through. In these days we have to remember and also see how in a very strange way the atomic bomb has formed Japan to what it is now. We are the children of the atomic bomb.

The second visual shows two old enemies (Mario and his evil twin brother Wario) loving each other. These characters also represent a new Japan, which is known and respected worldwide for their technical achievements and remembers how this country has changed and stepped forward after a difficult time.

This artwork was published in the Koukoku Hihyou magazine, Japan.
