I attempted to read this story out to the Fabricantes in my first month on the job. I couldn’t get through it because I’m a pussy.
Lump of Shit touches upon leaving home and a girlfriend behind in need of starting over. Such an attempt results in feeling as the title suggests.
Christian Etter drew out a parallel story for each chapter of the story. You can find some of those drawings here.
A shortened version of this story was published in BAD IDEA magazine as "Get a Grip" in their 4th issue: SEX 2.0.
