An exercise done in the Golan Levin workshop at FABRICA, from the 27 to the 29 of october of 2004. Participants where taught the basics of image processing and then split into groups to develop a short project using camera vision.
In Limbo time, two players stand at opposite sides of the field of vision of a regular webcam, then the application creates and tracks a horizontal line between them. A third player tries to "limbo" under it. The application tracks the horizontal line and position of the "limboer". If the limboer goes above the limbo line , then a graphic reponse is given.
