Relating to the Papermag post earlier, the article mentioned the t-shirts illustrated by our recently departed Nicole Kenney. We've learned that the special edition t-shirts from Fabrica should be available in the United Colors of Benetton stores internationally any day now...
Here's what Nicole said about her t-shirts:
"The brief Luciano Benetton gave to the visual communication department of Fabrica was simply, "Create t-shirts that you'd want to wear yourselves." Out of about 250 proposals, he chose ten, two of which I designed. In a fun way, I entended my t-shirts to poke fun at our beauty-centered society because no matter what we do to groom ourselves, we are still basically primates underneath. "
