Don't just graduate on time, graduate at the right time
Don't just graduate on time, graduate at the right time
Research shows that those who graduate during economic recession tend to have lower lifetime earnings than those who finish school at the riping hours of an economic boom. So if the two work their way up the hierachy of a company, the one who took the less paying job during the recession will never catch up to their luckier counterpart who got the higher paying job right from the start.
So here's our lesson: never start with a low paying job.
